Right-Of-Way Permits and Application
Any time an individual or contractor needs to perform work within the City owned right-of-way, whether in the road, along the sidewalk, on the shoulder or in the ditch, a Right-of-Way Permit is required.
Right-Of-Way Permits are issued and inspected by the City of Urbana Engineering Division located in the Public Works Department at 706 South Glover Avenue in Urbana.
