For this question we asked "How desirable is the built form of the store depicted above for Downtown Urbana?"

Most desirable for Downtown Urbana were storefronts that faced the street, had inviting public facades, and blended in with surrounding uses. Less desirable were "strip-mall" or "big box" type developments with large, mostly unused facades. Ideal commercial uses in downtown should be in multi-story buildings and be close to the street. Developments with large parking lots or uninteresting facades would not fit.
