Community Alternative Policing (UCAP) Advisory Committee
An advisory board was appointed by Mayor Satterthwaite in 1993 to represent the residents in the UCAP area in matters pertaining to the policing. They evaluate program effectiveness, set goals and discuss specific problems and potential solutions.
