K-9 Unit

Officer Loschen and K-9 Officer Hunter are assigned to the Patrol Division in the Street Crimes unit.  Hunter and Officer Loschen also assist other officers on vehicle sweeps, building sweeps and tracks. The vehicle and building sweeps primarily consist of drug sweeps, and they assist officers from other agencies when requested.

Hunter and Officer Loschen participate in activities such as Citizen's Police Academy and will demonstrate for groups and organizations upon request. Call the Police Department at 384-2320 or e-mail Officer Loschen for more information.
