The City of Urbana has contracted with Kinney Contractors to perform concrete pavement patching.
Weather permitting, Silver Street from Cottage Grove Avenue to Philo Road will be closed to thru traffic beginning March 22, 2012 and should be completed by April 27, 2012.
Sealed bids will be received for the construction of Willow Road Street Improvements (City Section 11-00502-00-PV) to construct a new Concrete street on Willow Road, north of Anthony Drive. Bids will be received by the City of Urbana at the office of the Director of Public Works, 706 South Glover Avenue, Urbana, Illinois 61802 until 1:55 p.m.

Weather permitting, Cottage Grove Avenue will continue to be closed to thru traffic and should be completed by April 13, 2012. Local traffic will be maintained.
No parking will be allowed along the edge of the street on the day of the work.
Starting Monday March 12, 2012 at 7:00 am, northbound North Lincoln Avenue will be temporarily reduced to one lane from Fairview Avenue to Wascher Drive for curb repairs.
This is weather permitting
Two lane traffic will be reinstated Friday March 16, 2012 by 4:00 p.m.
