Urbana’s U-Cycle Programs See Significant Increases in Recyclables Collected in 2012

The City of Urbana’s curbside and multifamily recycling programs both saw significant increases in 2012, with a 27% increase in materials collected in the curbside program and a 21% jump in materials collected in the multifamily program.

Duce Construction will be installing a sanitary manhole in the center turn lane of South Vine Street between Oregon Street and Nevada Street weather permitting from 7 A.M. on Monday January 14, 2013 to 4 P.M. Friday January 18, 2013.  Northbound and southbound lanes will be open at all time and only the center turn will be impacted.
