The City of Urbana has contracted with Engineering & Research Int’l to perform pavement testing on Windsor Road from Race Street to the western edge of the City.
Beginning at 7:00 a.m. Monday, September 12th through 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 14th, weather permitting, periodic lane closures will occur on Windsor Road to allow for testing of the existing pavement.
