Consolidated Social Service Funding Applications Now Available
Non-profit organizations seeking funds to operate social service programs benefiting Urbana residents may apply to the Consolidated Social Service Funding Pool, jointly supported by the City of Urbana and Cunningham Township for Program Year 2010-2011 (July 1, 2010 and ending June 30, 2011). Non-profit organizations may use funds for both services to clients and program operating costs. Last year, the City of Urbana and Cunningham Township jointly provided $312,760 in social service funds in support of 42 local programs.
Technical Training required for all applicants on Wednesday, Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at 11:30am or 5:30pm at City Council Chambers, 400 South Vine Street, Urbana.
Completed applications are due no later than 4:00 p.m. Friday, April 9, 2010.
