Reconstruction of Windsor Road Resumes

Reconstruction of Windsor Road from Boulder Drive, just east of Philo Road, to High Cross Road (IL. Rte. 130), is expected to resume, weather permitting, the week of March 29th, 2010.

 This work will continue through November 2010 with some weather dependent items finished in spring 2011.

Motorists are reminded that a new law went into effect January 1st making it illegal to use a cell phone in a CONSTRUCTION ZONE without the use of a hands-free device.

Windsor Road will be open to traffic at all times. Please proceed through the work zone with caution. Access to businesses, churches and residences along Windsor Road will be available at all times.
