IDOT to Patch Illinois Route 130

Paris, Illinois--The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) announces that, weather permitting, work is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, August 10, 2011 for pavement patching on Illinois Route 130 in Champaign County from Philo, Illinois to Windsor Road in Urbana, Illinois.

This project will include patching of the existing pavement on Illinois Route 130. Traffic will be reduced to one lane and controlled by flaggers. While work is ongoing, please observe all traffic control signs. The anticipated completion date is the end of August 2011, weather permitting. The contractor for this $170,000 project is Open Road Paving.

Motorists are advised to slow down and drive carefully through this and all work zones.
