Storm Water Advisory Committee Meeting

First Meeting of the Storm Water Advisory Committee (SWAC) to be held at the Urbana Civic Center.

The SWAC will provide input on various program priorities and on issues such as selection of a rate base.  This group will meet and will discuss specific issues, in many cases talking through a policy issue and making a recommendation as to a preferred approach on the issue.  Policy issue papers will record these recommendations to the City.  This group will meet six or seven times during the duration of the study (July 1 2010-June 30 2011).  Meeting agendas and pre-meeting reading materials will be provided to the SWAC membersapproximately one week before each meeting.
