Local Motor Fuel Tax Rate Change
The City of Urbana local motor fuel tax will increase to 2.4 cents/gallon (from the current 2.0 cents/gallon) effective with motor fuel tax sales beginning July 1, 2011.
This rate increase was included in the original Ordinance 2010-08-070, that was approved on August 16, 2010. All other aspects of this local motor fuel tax are not changed.
