Urbana Announces Incentives for Residents

Urbana is teaming up with Ameren Illinois’ Act on Energy program to offer free energy-efficiency audits to interested homeowners. The city will pay for the $25 cost of the audit. The combined program also will offer substantial financial incentives for residents to install wall and attic insulation and do air sealing.
