FY 2011-2012 Annual Action Plan

The Annual Action Plan is the City of Urbana's budget for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Programs, and includes budgets for HOME Programs by the Cities of Champaign and Urbana, and Champaign County, which make up the Urbana HOME Consortium.

The Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has approved the City's Annual Action Plan which is now available and attached below.
