Public Hearing to Consider Lease Agreement

April 25, 2011 - 7:00pm Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Urbana, Illinois will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m., Monday, April 25, 2011 in the Council Chambers of the Urbana City Building, 400 South Vine Street, Urbana, to consider a proposed agreement authorizing the Urbana Park District to lease from the City of Urbana a parcel of real estate located at 909 North Lincoln Avenue, Urbana, Illinois.
