Request for Bid: 2011 Full Depth Concrete Pavement Patching

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Urbana in the lobby of the office of the Director of Public Works, 706 South Glover, Urbana, Illinois 61802 until 1:15 p.m. prevailing time on Wednesday, November 16, 2011.  The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 1:20 p.m. on said date.

The bid documents may be examined and copies obtained at the office of the Director of Public Works, 706 South Glover Avenue, Urbana, Illinois 61802.

The bidder must submit evidence of current prequalification with the Illinois Department of Transportation.

The project consists of Class B and Class C pavement patches.  This work will be located at:

• Silver St. from Fletcher St. to Philo Rd.
• Cottage Grove Ave. from Silver St. to Glenwood Oaks Ct.
• Main St. from Grove St. to Scottswood Dr
