Public Hearing to Consider Annexation Agreement for 3106 N. Cunningham Ave.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Urbana, Illinois will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m., Monday, February 20, 2012 in the Council Chambers of the Urbana City Building, 400 South Vine Street, Urbana, to consider a proposed annexation agreement between the City of Urbana and Mervis Industries, Inc., including rezoning from County B-4 to City IN, for an 8.14 acre parcel located east of Cunningham Avenue between Airport road and Oaks Road, and commonly referred to as 3106 North Cunningham Avenue.
