Industrial Zoning District Informational Open House

The City of Urbana will hold an open house at the Urbana Civic Center at 6:00 pm March 14th concerning proposed changes to the City’s industrial zoning standards. A draft of proposed changes to the Urbana Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map will be explained to affected property owners and others, and City staff will be on hand to take comments.

Based on feedback from this meeting, City staff anticipates that the Urbana Plan Commission could be asked to hold a public hearing as early as April 2012.
