Kindergarten Pre-Registration in Urbana School District

Parents of students entering Kindergarten in the 2012-13 school year will have to opportunity to register their child early and receive a “fun bag” full of activities and materials to use with their child over the summer. Kindergarten pre-registration for Urbana School District will be held next Tuesday, April 3 at the Urbana Civic Center from 8:30 a.m. ̶ 3:00 p.m.

Parents will need to bring the following:

• Their child’s original birth certificate
• Photo ID
• Proof of residence in Urbana
• Phone numbers for doctors and emergency contacts

If a language other than English is spoken in the home, parents are asked to bring their child for an English as a Second Language Screening.
