Updated University Avenue Lane Closures at Maple Street - August 8th

August 8, 2012 - 7:00pm - August 9, 2012 - 6:00am The Urbana Champaign Sanitary District’s contractor Insituform will be doing sewer lining as part of the District’s annual sanitary interceptor maintenance program. In order to line the sanitary sewer interceptor pipe the inside east and west bound lanes of University Avenue at its intersection with Maple Street will have to be closed. The two lanes of University Avenue will be closed from 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 to 6:00 A.M. on Thursday, August 9th weather permitting.
Two-way traffic on University Avenue will be maintained at all times during the lane closures.
