Weather permitting Duce Construction will have the Eastbound, south lane of University Avenue at 1101 E. University closed to traffic beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 21, 2010 through Thursday, September 23, 2010 at 7:00 a.m. to construct a driveway entrance.
Weather permitting Cross Construction will have the Maple Street / High Street intersection closed to traffic from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 17, 2010 to install a water main connection. Weather permitting Custom Services Crane Inc. will have Mathews Avenue closed to through traffic beginning at 5:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 9, 2010 to set up a construction crane and lift equipment to the upper floors of 506 South Mathews Avenue.

Susan Stone Drive just south of Windsor Road will be closed from 6:00 am Thursday September 2nd until 5:00 pm Friday September 24th to allow for the reconstruction of the intersection approach to Windsor Road.
Access to the residential area south of Windsor Road will be available by using the newly opened Myra Ridge Drive/Windsor Road intersection.
The City of Urbana is installing a sanitary sewer on Oregon Street between Vine Street and Urbana Avenue. Oregon Street between Vine Street and Urbana Avenue will be closed to all thru traffic weather permitting beginning on Tuesday August 31, 2010 at 7:00 A.M. to Friday September 3, 2010 at 5:00 P.M.
On Wednesday September 8, 2010 at 10:00 a.m., the City of Urbana will hold a public hearing in the Urbana City Council Chambers at 400 S. Vine St. Urbana, IL, to accept comments on proposed amendments to the Fiscal Year FY 2008-2009 and FY 2009-2010 Annual Action Plans as outlined in the attached announcement.
