Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plans

The Consolidated Plan is the 5-year planning document that provides the goals, strategies and activities the City of Urbana and Urbana HOME Consortium will implement to address the needs of the community as required by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

The Annual Action Plan is the document that details the budget and activities to be undertaken each year for projects and activities that address the goals of the Consolidated Plan.
