The house is of the Free Classic Queen Anne subtype due to its classical details. The one story porch on the house is supported by simple square classical columns, which sit on brick piers. The porch has a simple classical entablature and a simple square post balustrade. The door and window surrounds are also classical. Some other typical Queen Anne features of the house include the bay window, the steeply pitched gable roofs, and the variety of window types.
