Architectural Description |
| 807 S. Lincoln is a Tudor Revival building built circa 1927. The building is a one story building currently home to several businesses, including Jimmy John’s, Great Clips, and Café Paradiso. The building is constructed of brick and has a clay tile roof. The building has very characteristic Tudor Revival details, including the half timber detailing with stucco infill and the wood stick detailing in the form of a Tudor arch at the entrance. The portions of the building that are home to Jimmy John’s and Café Paradiso have steeply pitched gable roofs with multi-paned casement windows in the triangular portion of the gables. There are several dormer windows, also with gable roofs, on the second story of the building. The dormer windows are covered with multi-colored wood shingles. The building has undergone several alterations from each business, but many Tudor Revival details still are present on the exterior. | |
