| 805 W. Ohio is a more modern Greek Letter Society House which was built in 1961. The house is home to the HHHH, or 4-H, fraternity. The house is constructed of red brick and has stone detailing on the first story near the main entrance. Most of the house is three stories tall aside from the entrance wing, which is only one story. The entrance wing has a flat roof and the rest of the house has a low pitched gable roof. The windows are double-hung windows with white trim.
