Project Description:
The project consists of:
- three lane wide street with center turn lane;
- exclusive left turn lanes at the Airport Road & Cunningham Avenue intersection;
- exclusive left turn lanes at the Airport Road & Willow Road intersection;
- new concrete pavement;
- asphalt approaches at the east and west ends of the project;
- new drainage system including curb/gutter, storm sewers and drainage basins;
- modified traffic signals at the Airport Road & Cunningham Avenue intersection;
- all-way stop control at the Airport Road & Willow Road intersection;
- recessed pavement markings and improved traffic control signage
