1. Five (5) Philips Heartstart FR3 AED’s with graphical display (or equivalent.) The equivalent must fit inside the HeartStation rescue cabinet
2. Five (5) Soft system cases. Must hold the AED, spare battery and extra electrodes
3. Five (5) Spare batteries
4. Ten (10) sets of electrodes
5. Five (5) Infant/child Key (or equivalent.)

The City will not require a performance bond for this project.

The original Proposal plus 0 copies MUST be submitted to the Requesting Department at or before the date and time specified below to receive full consideration:

The City reserves the right to waive technicalities or to accept or reject any proposal or combination of proposals based upon the City’s determination of its best interest.
