Invitation to Bid (Solicitation # 2324-09) for Impervious Area Mapping Services

Proposals for the service of Impervious Area Mapping (Section 23-00673-00-EG) including: production of a GIS file geodatabase for the impervious areas on all parcels within the City of Urbana  will be received by the City of Urbana online through the OpenGov procurement website until 4:00 PM prevailing time on Tuesday, September 12, 2023.

Responses will be reviewed by the City evaluation team for the purpose of identifying and recommending the company offering the highest qualifications, experience, approach, and cost effectiveness with this type of project. The City will negotiate final terms of a formal contract with the company that offers the best overall solution. The City of Urbana reserves the right to request clarifications and/or interviews of companies as well as reject any and all submittals received.
