The City of Urbana appreciates the many volunteers who serve on advisory boards, commissions and committees that provide valued input and recommendations to the Mayor and City Council, and we need your help!

Community Development Commission

The Community development Commission is responsible for monitoring the federally funded portion of the Community Development Services Department. They assist in the establishment of federally funded projects including subgrantee programs, housing rehabilitation, acquisition, and demolition programs, and other capital improvement programs in the eligible Census Tracrs.

The Commission meets the fourth Tuesday of the month at 6 p.m.
