The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) is an annual performance and evaluation report required by the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

2021-2022 Draft CAPER Available for Review

The City of Urbana has completed the draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) documenting programs and activities undertaken through its federally-funded affordable housing and community development programs during the year ending June 30, 2022.

The draft CAPER will be available for public review and comment during the period beginning Wednesday August 23, 2022 through Monday, September 21, 2022. The draft CAPER will be available during regular business hours at the following locations:

Urbana Free Library, 210 West Green Street, Urbana

Urbana City Clerk’s Office, 400 South Vine Street, Urbana

Urbana Community Development Services Dept., 400 South Vine Street, Urbana

Comments must be submitted to the City by 5:00pm on Wednesday September 21, 2022. The draft CAPER, with any public comments received, is to be submitted to the U. S.
