Public hearing on the FY2020-2021 HOME-ARP Allocation Plan.
The purpose of the hearings are to receive comments and suggestions on the amendment to the FY 20/21 Annual Action Plan
to include the HOME ARP Allocation of $2,970,773. Persons with disabilities needing services for this hearing should contact

The HOME ARP Allocation Plan is the Urbana HOME Consortium’s budget which will assist individuals or households who are
homeless, at risk of homelessness, by providing permanent housing, supportive services, and non-congregate shelter, to reduce
homelessness and increase housing stability within Champaign County. The plan identifies any preferences being established for
eligible activities or projects Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Programs. The Plan also includes budgets for HOME
Programs by the Cities of Champaign and Urbana, and Champaign County, which make up the Urbana HOME Consortium.
