Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER)

 

The City of Urbana and Urbana HOME Consortium (comprised of the City of Urbana, City of Champaign, and Champaign County) are working to develop the 2022-2023 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). The CAPER is a report outlining progress made toward affordable housing and community development goals. 

The 30-day public comment period begins Monday, August 21, 2023, and will close on Wednesday, September 20, 2023. A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 22, 2023, at 6 p.m., prior to the regular meeting of the Community Development Committee. Input can be made, in person at the meeting, or by sending an email to grants@urbanaillinois.us.
