Youth Services Grant for FY 2024-2025
CITY OF URBANA ANNOUNCES YOUTH SERVICES FUNDING OPPORTUNITY FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024 – 2025
The City of Urbana announces the availability of funding for grants to public or private not-for-profit agencies to provide community-based services for children and youth from low-income families.
Through this grant opportunity, the City of Urbana seeks to fund programs that meet the documented needs of Urbana children and youth from early childhood (Kindergarten, Pre-K) through 22 years of age. Proposals should target those from low-income families with the goal of having a lasting impact on the community. This grant opportunity focuses on three key service areas:
- Health (Healthcare, mental health resources, trauma support)
- Wellness (Violence prevention, recreation, after school programs, educational programming, mentoring)
- Opportunity (Workforce development, job training)

The deadline for submission is Monday, April 1, 2024, at 4 p.m., CST.
