Mechanic/Certified Master Mechanic Needed

The City of Urbana is seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented automotive professional to join our Fleet Services division as a full-time Mechanic or Certified Master Mechanic. The successful candidate will perform highly skilled work in the diagnosis, maintenance and repair of gasoline and diesel powered equipment and vehicles. Work requires a considerable amount of self-initiative and independent judgment in maintenance and repair activities.  Works closely with other departments coordinating maintenance and repair activities, maintaining current and accurate records of work performed.
