Notice of Availability for Public Review and Comment and Notice of Public Hearing - Draft Annual Action Plan FY 2016-2017 - Annual Action Plan Amendments (HOME FY 14-15 and 15-16)
Copies of the Draft FY 2017-2018 Annual Action Plan will be available for review to the general public between Monday, March 27, 2017 and Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at the following locations: 400 South Vine Street, Urbana - City Clerk’s Office, & Grants Management Division Office, 201 South Race Street, Urbana— Urbana Free Library, and a memorandum describing some proposed changes is currently posted on the City of Urbana’s website.
Copies of an Amendment to the City of Urbana and Urbana HOME Consortium Annual Action Plans for FY 2014-2015 as well as FY 2015-2016 will also be available for review to the general public between Monday, March 27, 2017 and Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at the following locations: 400 South Vine Street, Urbana - City Clerk’s Office, & Grants Management Division Office, 201 South Race Street, Urbana— Urbana Free Library, and a copy is currently posted on the City of Urbana’s website.
The City of Urbana and the Urbana HOME Consortium (comprised of the City Urbana, the City of Champaign, and Champaign County) are seeking citizen input regarding a draft version of the Annual Action Plan for Fiscal Year 2017-2018. The plan establishes budgets for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Programs. The City of Urbana and the Urbana HOME Consortium are also seeking citizen input regarding an Amendment to the City of Urbana and Urbana HOME Consortium Annual Action Plans for FY 2014-2015 and FY 2015-2016 which concerns the results of the 2017 Urbana HOME Consortium Request for Proposals.
A Public Hearing for the Draft FY 2017-2018 Annual Action Plan and Amendment to the FY 2014-2015 and FY 2015-2016 Annual Action Plans will be held on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at 7:00pm in the Urbana City Council Chambers, located at 400 S. Vine Street, Urbana, to receive comments and suggestions on the items in question.
