Electronics Recycling Event

The fall 2017 electronics recycling event for participating* communities will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2017, at Parkland College, Champaign.  All households MUST register online to attend the event.  

Online registration opens on Tuesday, September 5, 2017, at 8:00 a.m.  This event is the only opportunity locally to recycle CRT (or 'tube') TVs.  There is a limit of 2 TVs per household.  Other electronic devices such as computers, monitors, printers, DVD players, cameras and more will be accepted at the event, with a 10 item limit of electronic devices per household accepted.  A complete list of acceptable items can be found here.

*Participating communities include: Urbana, Champaign, Savoy, Bondville, Broadlands, Gifford, Homer, Ivesdale, Ludlow, Mahomet, Ogden, Rantoul, Royal, Sadorus, St. Joseph, Thomasboro & Unincorporated Champaign County
