Warning Notice: 3 Part NCR (original, pink, canary), double-sided printing on pages 2&3, 50 Warning notices per book, sequential numbering in the upper right hand corner of each Notice, printing for URBANA POLICE DEPARTMENT, 400 SOUTH VINE STREET, URBANA, IL, (217) 384-2320.  Quantity:  51, 101, and 201/book.
