NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF DRAFT

HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT REPORT

The City of Urbana has completed the draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) documenting programs and activities undertaken through its federally-funded affordable housing and community development programs during the year ending June 30, 2019.  The draft CAPER will be available for public review and comment during the period beginning Thursday September 5, 2019 through Friday, September 20, 2019.

The draft CAPER will be available during regular business hours at the following locations:

• Urbana Free Library, 210 West Green Street, Urbana
• Urbana City Clerk’s Office, 400 South Vine Street, Urbana
• Urbana Community Development Services Dept., 400 South Vine Street, Urbana
• On the City of Urbana’s website at https://www.urbanaillinois.us/government/community-development/grants-management/consolidated-annual-performance-evaluation-report

Comments must be submitted to the City by 5:00pm on Friday September 20, 2019. The draft CAPER, with any public comments received, is to be submitted to the U. S.
