Notice of Public Hearing of the Urbana City Council
The Urbana City Council will hold a public hearing at 7:00p.m. on Monday, March 9, 2020, in the Urbana City Council Chambers, 400 S. Vine St., Urbana, Illinois, to receive public input concercing a proposed annexation agreement between the City of Urbana and Olympian Properties Develpment, LLC. The Proposed agrement is for a tract of land consisting of approximately 0.26 acres and generally located at 1909 Brownfield Road in unincorporated Champaign County. The tract has a permanent index numbe of 30-21-03-302-006.
