Market IN the Square to Remain Open
March 12, 2020 “MARKET IN THE SQUARE TO REMAIN OPEN, ADDRESSING COVID-19”
At this time The Urbana Business Association will host the indoor Market IN the Square, hosted at Lincoln Square Mall for the following dates:
- Saturday, March 14
- Saturday, March 21
- Saturday, April 4
- Saturday, April 11
- Saturday, April 18
- Saturday, April 25
The health and safety of our guests, the Urbana-Champaign business community, and our staff is of utmost importance and is our top priority. Currently we plan to assess each market individually and we will be complying with the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Champaign-Urbana Public Health District as the COVID-19 situation evolves.
We strongly encourage all guests who plan on attending upcoming events hosted by the Urbana Business Association to practice hygiene guidelines recommended from the CDC and we will keep guests informed of any changes or updates. We ask that if you are feeling unwell that you do not attend any public events. There will be COVID-19 prevention supplies available at our events. We plan to have extra supplies on hand for event staff and participants, including hand sanitizers and tissues.
