DRAFT FY 2019-2020 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) Available for Public Review and Comment

NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF DRAFT

HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT REPORT

The City of Urbana has completed the draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) documenting programs and activities undertaken through its federally-funded affordable housing and community development programs during the year ending June 30, 2020. The draft CAPER will be available for public review and comment during the period beginning Monday October 26, 2020 through Tuesday, November 10, 2020.

The draft CAPER will be available during regular business hours at the following location:

• Urbana Free Library, 210 West Green Street, Urbana
• On the City of Urbana’s website at http://urbanaillinois.us/

Comments must be submitted to the City by 5:00pm on Tuesday November 10, 2020. The draft CAPER, with any public comments received, will be submitted to the U. S.
