Urbana Sustainability Advisory Commission to Convene a Discussion of Air Emissions From Emulsicoat Asphalt Facility on East University Avenue

The Urbana Sustainability Advisory Commission (SAC) will hold a discussion regarding air emissions from the Emulsicoat asphalt manufacturing facility. The discussion will convene at 7 p.m., April 6, 2021on ZOOM. See instructions below. Representatives of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency and Emulsicoat will be in attendance to respond to SAC and community questions. The meeting agenda and documents regarding the facility’s Illinois EPA permits are posted here.

Residents living in the east Urbana area are particularly encouraged to attend.
