Request for Proposals - Parking Deck Assessment, Rehabilitation and Maintenance Program

The City of Urbana is seeking competitive proposals from consulting firms with qualifications and staff resources necessary to perform comprehensive inspections and assessments of the City of Urbana, Illinois public parking deck located at 111 West Main Street. Firms will develop a long term and annual maintenance repair and maintenance program, and assist in administration of the program.

Proposals will be received at the Office of the Director of Public Works, City of Urbana, Illinois, through 4:00 P.M., Wednesday, August 28, 2013. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities or technicalities.
