Urbana School District 116 Centralized Registration

Urbana School District #116 will hold their annual centralized registration at the end of July. The days and times are as follows:

• Tuesday, July 29, 2013 – 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.


• Wednesday, July 30, 2013 – 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.


• Thursday, July 31, 2013 – 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The one-stop-shop for all Urbana students, early childhood through high school, will take place at Urbana Middle School, 1201 S. Vine St., Urbana. If you are unable to attend centralized registration, please visit your child’s school to register the student(s) after July 31.

If you are registering a new or returning student, please remember to bring a photo ID and proof of residency. If you have a child entering kindergarten, 6th or 9th grades, please bring their completed physical forms to registration. Enrollment requirements and documents for new and returning students can be found on the USD #116 web site here: http://www.usd116.org/index.php/parents/registration/ Registration fees can be made online at the USD #116 Web Store. Please bring the printed receipt with you.
