Finding a Provider

   Start by visiting:  www.bcbsil.com/providers

    Select Plan Networks

     In the drop-down box, choose the last option: Participating Provider Organization

 Enter Your Search Criteria—for example, your doctor’s name, providers in a certain zip code, or provider specialties.

    You can narrow down your results using filters.  You can filter by city, zip code, county, etc.
