Urbana Elementary Students to Participate in Annual Arts Festival

Presented annually by 40 North | 88 West, the Boneyard Arts Festival showcases a wide range of artists from the Champaign County area. This year the Urbana Elementary Fine Arts Program, in conjunction with The Urbana Free Library, is exhibiting student work through a variety of displays and performances.

Visual art will be on display in the Children’s Department of the library beginning April 5th. The artwork on display represents work from students throughout the entire school district and will remain on display until April 18th. In addition, dance and chorus performances during the festival will showcase what elementary students have been rehearsing for the past semester. Performances will be held in the Lewis Auditorium on Thursday, April 7th beginning at 4:00 pm and Saturday, April 9th beginning at 1:00pm.
