  • Webber St – Fairlawn Dr to Washington St

Due to weather constraints, this work is scheduled to be completed Friday, October 7th.

The City will post no parking signs to notify the public of the dates and times during which no parking will be allowed along the edge of the street. Local traffic will be maintained as much as possible; however, depending on conditions streets may be closed for 15 to 30 minutes on the day of the work.

The project award amount is $184,275 and it is funded with Local Gas Tax funds.

The contractor will be performing a two-part maintenance process. The first part will consist of placing oil and white rock on the street and the second part will consist of placing oil and small black rock over the first layer. There could be several days between the applications of the white rock and the small black rock. There will be some loose rock on the street after it has been placed and the City will sweep that up after the contractor is finished with their work. Upon completion, the streets should look asphalt-like in appearance.

We apologize for any inconvenience this closure may cause.
