Work Site: 1210 E. University Ave. Landscape Recycling Center Booth. A 770 square foot, one story building.
Work Hours/Days: 8am-3pm, Monday-Saturday. Additional hours/days may be arranged by mutual consent. Prefer completion by June 30, 2021.
Work Includes: Removal and disposal of existing wood siding, replacement and/or addition of exterior sheathing as necessary, installation of insulation-backed vinyl siding, repair and/or replacement of vented soffit as needed. Prefer not to remove soffit, if possible cut existing siding below current soffit for installation.
Color: Prefer a brown color to blend with gutters and soffit. Samples colors to be provided prior to work.
