The City of Urbana Trick-or-Treat hours this year are from 6 to 8 p.m. We hope you have a fun time getting out and spending time with your neighbors. Community is important, and Urbana is a small city where big fun is to be had because of its people, its residents, and its neighborhoods that make its community so vibrant and rich. Enjoy the day!
