INVITATION TO BID: 2223-38 “HVAC AND PLUMBING SERVICES FOR CITY OF URBANA FACILITIES”
The City of Urbana will receive electronic sealed bids for the “HVAC AND PLUMBING SERVICES FOR CITY OF URBANA FACILITIES ” contract. Time and material HVAC and plumbing repair services are needed by municipal facilities under the jurisdiction of the City of Urbana, Illinois.
Electronic bids will be received until closing time of 2:00 PM prevailing time on June 15, 2023. Bids received after the closing time will not be accepted. Time and material HVAC and plumbing repair services are needed by municipal facilities under the jurisdiction of the City of Urbana, Illinois.
Attention of the Bidders is directed to the fact that the City is not required to pay Federal Excise Tax or State Sales Tax.
The City of Urbana reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids without consent of the City of Urbana for a period of sixty (60) days.
